Born November 5, 1963 in Sturgeon Falls, Ontario. Education at Université de Montréal (LL.B.) and Cambridge University (LL.M.). Called to the Quebec Bar 1988. Practiced with Stikeman Elliott, Montréal, 1989-2003, in transportation, insurance law and litigation. Appointed Prothonotary of the Federal Court of Canada in April, 2003 at the Ottawa Principal Office.
